 + -1 moreI was very happy with the service from Menards and the gal in the cabinetry department. I bought all of my paint, lighting and cabinet hardware, blinds and various accessories from Menards in addition to the crown molding so overall I spent around $500.00. Menards in my opinion has a better selection of items, very good pricing, and associates that are easy to work with, and really care about providing good customer service. I like it that the associates are specialists in the products in their department. I can always count on getting good answers and excellent service.
Description of Work: I needed crown molding for my kitchen. I called Menards and was connected to Millwork. someone there tried to help and said he'd look up the item and call me back with a price. I had to call again, was told I'd get a call back, still nothing. This went on for a few days and finally I called and talked to someone in the cabinet department. The gal was very professional, helped me over the phone to pick the correct crown molding for my cabinets, gave me the price and processed the "special" order. It was a breeze. Her estimate time of delivery was accurate too. The molding was perfect! Great quality and excellent pricing.
