They were on time. The two workers were courteous. The workers installed covers on 6 window wells. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up after they were done. That's what we expected and that's what they delivered.

They came out very quickly, surveyed the work, and said they’d give me their quote via email. Never heard back from them. Weeks later, I emailed them to ask if they were still interested in the job. They responded that (a) they were sorry their staff failed to get back to me but (b) they did not want the job, fearing a liability for a close-by A/C. They referred me to another contractor for the work, but I am waiting until next spring to make my decision, as the work is not crucial.

They answered on the first call, provided an estimate over the phone based on my measurements and installed the window well cover the next week while I was at work! It looked great and they left an invoice in the front door so I could mail a check for payment. Overall, easiest home improvement project so far!

He promptly replied to my request for bids and applied a discount since I was an Angie's list member. We agreed to the work and it was done promptly and professionally. The entire transaction was conducted via email with absolutely no hassle. It was a great experience and I highly recommend their services.

Very quick and professional. Covers for our unusually sized window wells were cut and installed on site and are holding up perfectly.

Wow! They made it so easy. I called two days ago. I gave Vic the measurements of my window wells and he gave me a price over the phone. They came out yesterday while I was at work and installed two new covers that are custom cut to fit my wells and fit snugly against my house. Great job, amazing turnaround.

He said the cover I already had was good, but he caulked around it where it had leaked.

When I contacted Well Covered Window Wells they were able to come out and give us an estimate quickly. Once we decided to move forward with the purchase, they were also able to schedule our appointment quickly. They were very professional, neat, and were able to clearly explain any issues/problems that they were encountering and how to fix those issues. They also took the time to clean out all of the cobwebs and stuff that was in the window wells. The newly installed windows look very nice and at this point we are very pleased.

I'd give them "A's" all the way down and I would use them again.

This project went beautifully. Vic is extremely responsive with estimates, providing a window of time when the work will be done, and in responding to questions. Carlos and his installation partner were prompt, experienced, and very good natured on a warm day. They created and installed two custom covers in about 20 minutes. Carlos is incredibly customer-service oriented. His co-installer even demonstrated standing on the well cover to show its strength. They also demonstrated how to remove covers and snap them back on. We will more easily be able to mow, trim, and garden around these new covers. Well Covered took the old covers with them, which was greatly appreciated.

I called Well Covered on 8/24 for an estimate. I gave them the dimensions of the window well over the phone and was quoted a price. I was also told I would not need to be home for the work to be done. Work was scheduled for 8/30 and I was told the crew would arrive between 10 -12. The crew arrived at 10 a.m. on 8/30 to perform the work. One of the workers informed my wife I had mismeasured and it would actually be cheaper than originally quoted. The work was completed in about 20 minutes. The window well cover looks great and the crew even cleaned out the well before installing it. If I ever need another window well cover in the future I will be using Well Covered, because of their attention to detail and honesty regarding the price after I had mismeasured.

They came right out and ordered extension and came back quickly to install

These guys were great. They gave me a quote over email for the two covers. They came out to quote a replacement for the window well that was separating, but they did a repair to it instead. This was a much cheaper option. The two covers (one large and one small cost $206) . The well repair was $39. A good value. I would use this company again. Nice guys.

Well Covered Window Wells were great to deal with. From my first call to the finished job, everything was really "well" done. Couldn't be happier. Don't hesitate, you'll be happy you called them.

Once the weather cooperated, the four covers and ladder were installed in just over one hour. I was very happy with the results, since the wells were cleaned out and two standing pipes were cut and covered. The workmen were friendly, professional, and informative. I will use them again to install a new egress window when I am ready to do that work.

It went wonderfully from start to finish ! I called yesterday for a free estimate. They came within the hour to provide the estimate. We agreed to have the work done after we were given their estimate. They came out the next morning and completed the job in less than an hour. This included (1) cutting the covers on sight. (2) cleaning out the window wells. and (3) installing the covers . Carlos and his partner were very professional in their workmanship. I really appreciate the 25% discount for being an Angie List member. I also appreciate the life time warranty on the covers.

The people came on time and were very good, requiring no supervision.
