When the package arrived an electric engineer friend and I spent the next two days installing it, while spending considerable time on the phone with the company's technical people. At the end, it turned out that there were some mechanical problems, with what they had sent us. So I had to ship it back at my expense. When they returned it, we finally got it to work, but it has a special pin that sheers every few days. They keep telling us that it is a matter of making adjustments to the opening and closing of the door. I have paid another 35 dollars for them to ship me 25 more pins. We are still making adjustments, and I wish I had never gotten their product. by the way, you can no longer return the thing for a refund, once a week has gone by, and because we were shipping things back and forth for more than a week, that is no longer feasible. In other words, I hope anyone looking for automatic door openers will shop elsewhere.
