They had a good budget plan. They are now out of business.

Furniture - Sales
After numerous calls to the company, I have yet to receive a refund. I was told on one call, my credit card could not be credit back because their system only keeps credit card information three (3) days. (Ya Right). I received a notification dated 03/14/09 showing and was also told (over the phone) that a check would be issued. I last spoke with Tom on 03/30/09 who said the check was mailed on 03/16/09 which I did not believe. I ask to speak with Accounting and he told me no. Today is 04/14/09 and I have yet to receive a credit on my check card or a check. This company service sucks. I found this company through Sears website and yes I will be contacting Sears to let them know how a company that represents their name is performing below par. I have also contacted my credit card company for assistance and will be contacting the BBB. I don't want anyone else to experience what I have gone through with this company.
