Nov 2017, Tom took our $3250 down payment After many months waiting for any kind of informantion, update or work started .... May 2018 No permit started, Tom told us he was too busy to do our work and would return our money by the end of May, June, July, etc. July 2018 - Took Tom to small claims court. Tom agreed he owed us money and would pay 1/2 by end of Aug 2018 and the balance by end of Sept 2018. October 2018 - No call as usual no payment as usual. We are going back to court again, collection agency, etc. He has held our money for almost a year now. Supposedly a $500,000 company and he can not pay his debts. Do not trust this company.
