I found Suburban Appliance Service on Angie's List last night. I contacted him this morning, and he diagnosed the problem over the phone, arrived with the necessary parts in hand, fixed the unit and finished up today - in under two hours. Yes, you read that right - *two hours* from initial contact to repaired appliance! Suburban Appliance Service is a small, local company, and I very highly recommend him to anyone in this area. He is a competent and professional gentleman, a pleasure to work with, and I look forward to doing business with him again.
