**Review for SS&E Electricians** This is the third time I've used SS&E Electricians, and once again, they've done an outstanding job. I live in an older home with a complicated electrical history — multiple previous owners and a fair share of DIY work that hasn't always been up to code. SS&E has been my go-to for untangling these issues, and they truly deliver exceptional service each time. This time, SS&E tackled a complete re-wiring of my kitchen, which involved adding breakers to the panel and re-pulling lines for my kitchen lights, basement, and even my furnace, as they were all improperly linked together. Their knowledge and attention to detail were impressive, identifying and fixing issues that had probably been in place for decades. The team was thorough, respectful of my home, and clearly skilled in handling older wiring with all its unique challenges. I can't recommend SS&E highly enough. I initially selected two companies on Angi.com to provide a quote for the electrical wiring needed and never heard from either company. Luckily, when I went back to Angi.com and selected SS&E to provide a quote, Gary contacted me and we discussed my project and I immediately knew that his company was right for the job. After an in-home consultation with Gary a week ago, Gary and Jeff came out and did exactly what Gary stated that they were going to do and the process couldn't have went any smoother. Both gentlemen were courteous and they communicated very well when they needed my feedback, otherwise, they performed their duties to my full satisfaction. Gary did a great job. His estimate/bid for the work was in line with other bids I had. More importantly, he was the consummate professional, always getting back to me in a timely manner with any questions I had. For months my electricity in my apartment was acting crazy. It was like power surges constantly. Gary came out and was extremely professional and not intimidating whatsoever. Gary installed recessed wafer lights and two new outlets in our living room, and new ceiling fans and switches in two bedrooms that had no prior electric/lighting. All work was completed in timely fashion and to high quality standards. Gary was very professional and kind. My favorite part of working with Gary was his excellent communication. He got back to us when others didn't. He made every necessary phone call to confirm planning and materials were just the way we wanted. He also happily adjusted his schedule to complete additional work for us and offered a gift on completion of work for our soon to be born son.
