Explained everything he was doing step by step
He was very courteous and easy going and he told me if I would like he would check it out and let me know what the story was.After a few minutes he came back and told me that the computer was good and I could get by with only replacing the screen.Quite honest on his part as he could have easily told me it was done for and sold me a new or used laptop and I would not have known the difference. Saad is quite the tech. When I came back a few hours later to pick up my laptop, I asked him about some trouble I had been having with Explorer and he ran my computer through a series of checks like a top metal player would shred a guitar. He advised me on how to proceed (no charge) he gave me an additional 10% on an already discounted screen that was better than my original equipment. Even though I tend to be very suspicious by nature, I was won over and inquired about my battery which fully charged was only lasting about 20 minutes. Saad ordered a new battery which he will install as soon as it comes in (and the right battery) The cost was $35. I have a desktop that died that I have thought of getting rid of but I think I'll bring it in to Sphinx. I am very satisfied based on today's experience, and I would highly recommend to anyone,
