They were great. Robert is very professional and responsive. He was very easy to work with and did a very good job. He was aware and courteous about keeping the dust down and the areas clean as not to affect the rest of the house. We highly recommend him.

The job went very smoothly, the bar turned out better than I hoped, and the only hitch is getting my husband to complete the rest of the project in the basement. Bob did a great job, once again. We will never use another carpenter/builder.

I left a message describing in general terms the jobs with which I needed help, but never received the courtesy of a call back.

Bob was on time and did a terrific job. He realigned several of my doors. He also noticed that my gate needed to be realigned and did so. When he was done, he reviewed everything he did with me to be sure that I was satisfied.

BOB KING WAS A JOY TO WORK WITH. HE LEFT THE WORK AREA CLEAN, AND SAFE, MAKING SURE WE HAD ACCESS TO THE SECOND FLOOR THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT. HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS. I DIDN'T LIKE ANY OF THE STOCK NEWELL POSTS, SO BETWEEN US, WE CAME UP WITH A DESIGN THAT I WOULD LIKE. HE SEARCHED FOR JUST THE RIGHT PIECES OF LUMBER FOR THE NEWELLS (GOING TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT STORES) AND EVEN LOCATED POST CAPS THAT I HAD FOUND ON-LINE SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR DELIVERY. THEN HE ROUTED OUT THE DESIGN THAT MADE THE NEWELLS PERFECT! COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT, HE KEPT US UP ON THE DETAILS OF THE PROJECT. HIS PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE, AND WE ARE THRILLED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROBERTS AND ROBERTS, AND HAVE BEEN TELLING ALL OF MY FRIENDS ABOUT BOB.
