Went great we normally use them to service our generators annually, this time we had to call them to come out because the generator had a beeping sound , they came out found the issue ordered the part and replaced it. We were back up an running. Great service

The installation could not have possibly gone any better. I am extremely particular when it comes to people working on and doing work in my house. Moe and his team really delivered an installation I can be proud in a professional manner that was impressive. With a generator installation, they will need to drill a couple of holes in your house and then run some conduit (or pipe) inside your house. I had some specific requests for placement of these holes and conduit and they actually did a much better job than I could have imagined. Everything was flawless and they are also a great group of people to work with. I am really impressed and you will be too. Now, they do a ton of generator installations every year and also preform a ton of service calls so this doesn't completely surprise me but I am very glad I chose them.

We have had them for several years and they are always friendly and professional and eager to answer all of your questions.  We were able to make an appointment right away and they came and did the yearly maintenance and replaced the battery as it needed to be replaced.  We will have them come out again next year or sooner if needed.  If you need a generator these are your guys. 

I had a 7 year old portable power generator that would not start.  I had not started it in three years and suspected that the gas (even though it was stabilized) gummed up the carburetor.  I spoke with Mitch at Rob-Lynn and he agreed with the prognosis and said they could fix that problem for about $100.  They worked on the generator for several days but could not find the reason for it not to start.  He offered to do more work that involved taking apart the engine but that would cost more and was not sure I wanted to sink that much money into it.  So I decided I would pick it up and look to scrap it.  When I got there to pick it up I was told there was no charge even though they put several hours of work, new spark plug etc. into it.  I  was very impressed with this.  If I ever need help in this area again I will be sure to come back to these guys.  Their integrity is incredible.  

They were very good. They were very informed and professional. They gave us an estimate and were able to install it in a couple of weeks. They came all in one day and did everything. So far, so good.

Phenomenal service. Technicians were very knowledgeable, friendly and forthcoming with information. The whole experience from estimate to annual service is nothing but a pleasure. Questions are answered quickly and I can positively count on phone calls being returned in a timely manner and by a technician that actually wants to explain his answer to me.
Generator was not bought from them but they did advise us about a deal that we had found before we had even contracted them to do the job.

This year was the annual inspection of my generator installed last
August by these great guys. I had to wait about a week because the kits
were being shipped but once received they were prompt in coming out
& doing the inspection,including changing the oil in the engine.
Mitch was prompt,courteous & gave me the same OUTSTANDING SERVICE I received last year when the unit was installed.
This company has been nothing but exceptional throughout my entire experience with them.
As for having a generator when the lights go out? THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT!

The major time consumer was running a new flex gas line through my finished basement. It was a challenge but they got it done!  We are very pleased. Though the cost is pretty high we have had several power outages recently and this is great peace of mind.

We contacted Maurice and he got back to us within minutes. He was available the very next evening to meet with us and give us an estimate and go over our options. This in itself it was very impressive considering the amount of storms that we just had. Maurice did not come across as a salesman, but was very down-to-earth, yet confident in the services he could provide. While you are able to purchase a generator through him, he said we could purchase the generator and transfer switch on our own and told us exactly what items we needed to purchase for our needs. We felt that he didn't try to push or sell us a larger generator than we needed. The installation time was worked around the delivery of our generator and they were able to do the installation within less than a week of the delivery. He and his crew were prompt and professional, but made you feel like you were around buddies. During the installation, I asked if I could watch out of curiosity, and they were more than willing to explain everything they were doing. The installation went quicker than expected and because of that, Maurice kindly charged us less than his original quote. After the installation, Maurice went over all the things I needed to do to make sure the generator is working properly in very clear and simple instructions. Maurice just seemed like a family member who was going to help you out and not steer you in the wrong direction. We were very pleased with the entire process from beginning to end and would definitely refer Maurice to family and friends...and anyone on Angie's List!

Maurice (point person) worked consistently and patiently with me as I navigated the somewhat lengthy and involved process of choosing my generator, which I wanted to buy separately. He made sure I understood all the ramifications of the various sizes available and, when given the specs and price of the generator I was most seriously considering, confirmed that it was a good price and a reliable generator. As I did not have room at my home to keep the generator until the installation date, and I had no way of getting it out of my vehicle, Maurice housed the generator at his shop until the installation date; he also practically performed a miracle getting it out of my vehicle without damaging either the car, the generator, or himself. He also was very responsive when the city had some questions regarding the proposed site after I applied for the permit, and he worked with them to ensure the permit was issued. The team did a great job of keeping me apprised of what was involved during installation, and they left the site cleaner than they found it. The company honored the estimate, the work was completed professionally and in a timely manner, and the installation passed the final inspection with flying colors. Maurice definitely knows his "rules and regs," and he and his team are masters at their craft!

They were professional and on time.  They cleaned up the area that they were working in answered all of my questions.  They were a little hard to contact initially or to get a call back.  I had to call them a few times, I understood that they might have been busy due to the summer storms and their backlog.

Excellent.  We called this company after another company had been hired to do the job and was not able to do it.  This company met the price of the other company, plus gave us a bigger system.  The 3 service men who came out to perform the installation arrived on time, completed the work in 3 hours, provided a thorough demonstration of how the unit works and reviewed the instruction manual with us.  The crew knew what they were doing, were all certified electricians and worked well together.  The owner promised to handle any questions or problems in the future.  All-in-all we were completely satisfied.

I called several Generac dealers in the area to get an estimate on installing a standby generator.  My calls came at the same time as thousands of other people who were looking into getting a standby generator after several long outages in July.  Rob-Lynn was the only company who picked up the phone to answer my initial call, and they arranged to come to my house to give an estimate on the first day that I was available to meet with them.  They were this responsive even though they were doing multiple installations and estimates every day due to high demand after all the outages.  In comparison, one other dealer only ended up returning my call two weeks later (after I'd already met with and signed with Rob-Lynn) and another said that he was too busy right now to meet in the evening or on a weekend to do an estimate but he could probably take some time to meet with me in about 3 to 4 weeks.

At the estimate, Mo asked us where we'd like the unit to be located and ran us through where the gas and electrical lines would need to be run in our house for the installation.  What really impressed me the most, though, was that he didn't try to over-sell the product at all.  He was very focused on making sure we were only looking at the size of generator we actually needed in order to power what we wanted to run (heat, a/c, pumps, refrigerators, and several rooms) during an outage.  It would have been very easy for him to recommend and push for us to buy a bigger generator than we needed, but he actually discouraged us from getting the next size up because the 17kw would provide enough power for what we wanted to run.  Also, during this time period when all the dealers are swamped with demand, Rob-Lynn held their price to the level it had been earlier in the year when there wasn't as much demand.  I initially looked into standby generator systems in the spring, and the price Mo gave at this estimate was very comparable to the prices I'd been quoted by other companies earlier in the year.  He was very focused on customer satisfaction.

I applied for a permit and a little more than two weeks later I received it (the town was swamped with permit requests after the storms).  The next day I called Rob-Lynn.  Again, even though they're incredibly busy right now, they answered the call and they scheduled my installation for 3 days later.  They arrived right on time with a 5-man crew after having completed another job in the morning and got right to work.  Everything went very smooth and they consulted with me on which breakers I wanted transferred to the generator panel as they installed it, so that the end result of the project is that we now have standby power to the areas of the house where I want it.  The total time from when they pulled up to when they left was under 4 hours.

I couldn't be happier with the project from beginning to end.  Rob-Lynn's responsiveness and focus on what I needed were great and because of that I highly recommend them.
