I cannot imagine any other mortgage broker who would devote so much time to a client. Absolutely tireless and constantly available, Charlie provided me with all the information I needed, sometimes within minutes. Charlie is a tremendous advocate and I felt very secure with him at my side, guiding me through the mortgage process. He was extremely patient with me as I labored over my budget and had quite an impressive bag of tricks when it came to financing (although I was too conservative for some of his ideas). When I say that I paid $1 for the work, that is obviously not correct. He did get a fee of several thousand dollars; I can't remember exactly how much as it was rolled in with my closing costs. I guess if you hunt for your own mortgage you do not pay this fee but there is NO QUESTION that his services were worth every penny. On top of everything he is a super nice guy and an extremely decent, trustworthy human being. I recommend him without reservation.
