Preferred Professional Plumbing

This is the third time we've used Preferred Professional Plumbing in the last couple months. First, Grant and his assistant came out to replace our hose bib, the part that provides water to an outside spigot. While they were on that visit, I mentioned we'd need to buy a new kitchen faucet. He took a look and suggested we call Moen and ask for a warranty replacement. That saved us from buying a $300 faucet. He came out the following week and installed the new faucet. Both of those visits were great. Then last Friday, our 75-gallon water heater died. I called Grant, and he said he'd be able to get out the next day to replace it with either a new tank, or a tankless model. We opted for the tankless one for unlimited hot water. He again showed up on time and got us hot water with some temporary connections... you never realize how much you miss hot water until you don't have it. He came back twice more to run all the permanent water, gas, and air lines. He's a real artist with piping. I'll attach some pictures so you can see how neat and tidy the installation is. I heartily endorse Grant and Preferred Professional Plumbing if you want a job done right!

Grant knows his stuff, and arrived to work on my project every day until it was done even if his arrival time was unpredictable. He worked within my budget and explained everything that he was doing. I'll gladly rehire.

Very well! Grant needed a special tool from Grohe to take out the faucet and he drove all the way to Chicago to get it. He was able to get it successfully removed when another plumber couldn't do it. Highly recommend!

Grant and his brother are great. Grant was really knowledgeable, practically gave us a dissertation on our house’s plumbing- going into the technical and then dumbing it down for us that know nothing of plumbing. He was much much cheaper than his competitors. We will be using his services from here on out. They told us what we should do first and what we can get away with on waiting on when assessing the situation of an old house. He also put in a sink and faucet and replaced a toilet for us.

Great! I had a nasty sewer smell coming from my kitchen sink and within an hour they showed up. Grant figured out the problem quickly and found there was no P trap, causing the smell. It took care of the smell I could not be happier.

Work went great! It was after hours and it was an emergency and Grant did and great job was very friendly and clean and polite and fast!
