Contacted Josh for a second opinion. After inspection I found that the roof replaced cost as twice as less than from the previous company. Both Josh said that there is necessity to replace the compete roof. Only one section of the roof and several shingles need to be replaced. I was surprised but Josh was able to start next day and finish the job during one day.
