great thorough inspection from top to bottom including a drone to look at a roof that was too unsafe to walk onto. infrared scanning of walls to see where there was and was not insulation. advice about options for how to deal with some of the problems. and available on short notice.

KEVIN BROWN PERFORMED THE INSPECTION. ALTHOUGH HE PROVIDED THE INSPECTION REPORT THE NEXT DAY AND WAS ADEQUATE IN SOME AREAS OF HIS INSPECTION, HE MISSED A MAJOR DEFECT IN THE CEILING. THIS IN TURN COST ME AN ADDITIONAL $2,000 TO REPAIR THE DEFECT.
