 + 0 moreI have ordered for my mother's birthday TWICE (shame on me), they did not delivered them until the day after primised both times. Folks that took the phone call were nice, but have blown it for us TWICE now. They had both of our numbers in case there was an issue, and nobody ever got a call either. Do not use them!

 + -1 moreI was extremely happy with the arrangement as it came out exactly as I ordered. Many people even commented how the flower arrangement was the nicest one there. For the service they provided, their price was very competitive.
Description of Work: A good friend of mine had passed away and I wanted to send a nice flower arrangement. I went to Phillip's Flowers and they were very nice and kind, listening and writing down all the details of my order.
