We have super quality, comprehensive and thorough inspection performed by a professionally licensed home inspector and 203K HUD rehab consultant. Conducting home inspections following the Illinois, FHA, HUD Standards of Home Inspection. Your home inspection report is prepared and submitted no more than 24 hours from the time of inspection. A typed report with photographs will be presented to the client. The 203K work write ups will be prepared and submitted no more than a 48 hour time frame from the time of plan review (inspection). Always continuing service to you beyond the completion of the home inspection by giving excellent customer service and affordable rates.
