We own a real estate agency and we advertise through a neighborhood paper. They charge according to the time frame we force them to put it up and it also depends upon how many lines. We would refer them to anyone.

The main problem was that they would never deliver the paper to the porch where we had an awning. I even requested that they double bag the paper so it would not get wet, but they would not. Our paper was always getting wet.
