After a fire damaged our kitchen, Kenneth Allen continued to create communication triangles with our insurance company. They left us with a non functioning kitchen for over 2 months trying to milk out more money. We were the vulnerable ones and they exploited the position. We eventually had to use another company and they fixed things right away and well within the insurance coverage. Now we are given a bill that has extra charges at unreasonable costs. Administrative fees of $400 for this run around and a window costing $276 that we didn't need or order. Don't use these guys or you will be exploited in an already vulnerable situation.
Description of Work: The were supposed to clean up the fire damage and then repair the kitchen - smoke damage clean up (still working out all the extinguisher dust) - replacing stove and microwave - repairing or replacing damaged cabinets
