It went perfectly. I went to 3 different electricians to bid the work and no one really understood what I wanted, Ken knew perfectly what I wanted and had no trouble doing it. He came and finished in an afternoon, and then came back on a SATURDAY at no charge to finish one thing up. He was very nice and a good worker, came on time, and always answered my phone call. He is in Lombard, but I am in the city - so it was nice that he is willing to work in the city.
Description of Work: Ken is a Gate Operator & Access control installation company. He worked to install a replacement buzzer on the front of the gate to the 6 flat condo that I live in. The in-unit buzzers were no longer working in 1/2 of the units, he installed a telephonic buzzer and ran the electric and the phone to the buzzer and then installed, checked and mounted the buzzer. He was working with a fence contractor that I had already hired.
