All in all, this went well.  Paul really wanted to save the light  fixture and consulted with other people he knew to see if there was a part or some way to get the fixture repaired, but unfortunately, that wasn't possible.    I ended up buying a new fixture and when it came in, I called
them to schedule another appointment.  I also needed a few fixtures in the bathroom reinstalled as they were coming loose,
plus a new handle for the storm door.  Paul brought the new handle that he picked up at the hardware store for me and
put that on the storm door, removed the old light fixture and installed the new one.
He did a very good job reinstalling the loose towel bar, toilet paper holder and swing out mirror -  much more secure than
when they were installed 5 or 6 years ago.
 

He was reasonably priced, did good work and was knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again.

For the most part they were really good, I was satisfied with the work done, except that the tenant is still complaining of a leak they were supposed to fix and I wish that they had given me an invoice.

THE DRYWALL SIZE WAS TOTALLY INCORRECT (TOO THICK), HE CALLED AND ASKED ME WHAT ITEMS HE WOULD NEED TO BRING AND TOOK INSULATION FROM THE ATTIC AREA INSTEAD OF GETTING NEW PRODUCT. NOW THE WALL IS BUBBLING AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO USE MY WASHER. TWO AND A HALF WEEKS LATER, HE STILL HAS NOT FINISHED OR SENT A BILL. I FINALLY HAD TO HAVE MAYTAG COME OUT TO ME AND FIX THE ISSUE SO THAT I COULD WASH CLOTHING. THE WALL IS GOING TO BE FIXED BY SOMEONE ELSE. ONE THING THAT HE DID DO WAS TO INSTALL A LITTLE ROPE TO PULL DOWN THE STAIRS TO THE ATTIC.
