Filter reviews by service
They do not return emails, they do not complete tasks, the providers they suggest are not good, it takes tons of follow up to get anything accomplished. Their property managers do not seem experienced- particularly with city dwellings- and drop the ball on every occasion.
it is very very hard to find a good management company-- and mostly, they are not very good--but Hillcrest is particularly horrible and I would NEVER recommend them.
