Hammett Construction

After the job was complete I thought that the tile floor was put in well. One month afterward I found a crack in one of the tiles, and I called Hammett to tell him and he agreed to come out and repair the tile. A few more months passed and I found that more and more tiles were getting cracked; about 15 total. I called him again in the beginning of December to tell him that all of his tiles were breaking and he said that he was very busy and would talk to me after the holidays to fix the tiles. The holidays came and passed and I called Hammett about five times and still got not response. I called the main contractor (kitchen tuneup) and he couldn't contact Hammett either. I then had the manager from a tile shop come out to look at the damage and he explained that under layment wasn't installed and sealed properly and that the entire job needed to be redone.
