Description of Work: REMOVED OLD, NON-FUNCTIONAL WORD-BURNING FIREPLACE. INSTALLED NEW DIRECT VENT GAS FIREPLACE. DRY-WALLED AND TILED. ADDED MANTLE AND SURROUND.
