They never called me back or never scheduled or never did anything. I want my $99 back because I had to call another carpet cleaning service to come and clean my carpet. They should be off Angie's List. When I wasn't on Angie's List I called them and said, "Can you come on an evening or weekend?" and they said, "Oh! Yeah we can come." Then I went on Angie's List and bought the deal and then they never even called me. They were awful. I found them on Angie's List and then called them independently and said, "Look, I found you on Angie's List. Here is what I need." I even said to them, "I will pay you more to do more work." After I signed up on Angie's List at a special price they never even called me. It is not about $99. I don't want anyone else on Angie's List to contact them ever again.
