THEY ARE ONE OF THE WORST PLACES TO GO IF YOU NEED ANY SORT OF HELP SELECTING YOUR PURCHASES. THE SHOE DEPARTMENT IS ESPECIALLY BAD. NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU THERE. I'VE CALLED IN ADVANCE & BEEN TOLD THAT THEY CARRY A CERTAIN SIZE SHOE, ONLY TO GET THERE & THE PERSON ON THE FLOOR HAS NO IDEA WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. THAT IS WHEN I CAN EVEN FIND A PERSON ON THE FLOOR TO TALK TO.
