Really appreciated the team of painters that did a great job and were respectful and pleasant to work with. Work was completed on schedule and at the agreed upon price and project details. Would hire them again.

Very professional and courteous team. Dan came the day after I called to assess our house and prepare an estimate. The price was very reasonable, less than others we received. He prepared a detailed list of work to be done. His team of painters were really good guys. It felt like we had found a group of honest and good people who came in and did a very good job on our house, on time and to high standards. Very nice results, and they accommodated several very detailed requests.

Things went well, but we chose someone with a lower estimate.

He seemed very nice and knowledgeable, but we decided to postpone the work.

It was okay. The charges were a little bit different than what I was anticipating.

I had Dann come out and give me an estimate, along with another painter who was recommended to me. Dann was professional, friendly, and his estimate was significantly less than the other guy so my decision was simple. Dann not only did a fantastic job of painting my home, but he was so incredibly nice and accommodating. I had just moved into my new home and was doing a lot of remodeling. Part of his job was painting new doors that I had ordered and the doors arrived several days late. He had to adjust his order of completing things and did it without complaint. I also had to put his job temporarily on hold mid-way through completion for a couple weeks because my one-year-old had to have surgery. I'm sure that was a huge inconvenience for Dann but he was so understanding and agreed to come back when things settled down for us. I am a particular person and any time I pointed out something small for him to correct he agreed with me and fixed it without question. Dann never made me feel bad for any request or setback. I would very highly recommend Dann to anyone.

The foreman that was here was very receptive to what I wanted to do and bent over backward to do it. He did a very good job of getting the job done as close to my specifications as possible and also kept in mind our price range.

Dolce's crew is very prompt and neat. Two men came in the morning as scheduled and put down tarps on the floor and hung plastic protective sheeting over all appliances, counter and sink.

One of the crew scraped the paint damaged on a soffit because of water leaked from an air conditioner in a closet from the apartment above. After scraping paint he cut drywall to match the opening left in the wall by the removal of a previously installed electric clock. The drywall patch was set in place, dried with an electric blower, then painted. He continued painting all of the trim and corners of the room.
The other member of the crew selected the paint and prepared the pans of paint for application by roller to the ceiling and then the walls. The work was efficient and quiet and quick. The job was completed in about three and a quarter hours. All materials and waste were collected and returned to the company truck or the garbage bins.

I was very pleased with this company. The invoice was done professionally and sent to me by email attachment as I preferred. These are craftsmen and I would definitely recommend them to others and will have them work for us again.

I found Dann Dolce's company by searching the Angie's List. I emailed Dolce regarding the repair work we needed. I described what was to be done, where it was to be done, the name of our tenant seeking the repairs and the type and location of our building.
Dolce responded in a day or so to the email. I asked how soon he could take on this job. He said probably during the next week, he would check out who'd be available and phone me about the exact day of the following week. That week passed without a call from Dolce. So I called him and left a message on Monday. He called back Monday evening, and we scheduled the Thursday of that week.
He estimated the time for the job to be 3 - 4 hours. That was accurate. The estimate of $200.00 turned out to be the actual charge.

The men from Dolce Painting Co. arrived on time on the agreed upon date. They entered the building so quietly no one else heard them going up the stairs to the tenant's apartment. They sized up the job; brought in their equipment, and immediaately began the work. The leader, Edson Alonzo, and his helper did a fantastic job at our building on Edmunds St. Chicago! The price was excellent. We're very interested in repeat performance. They worked fast, efficiently , focused, quiet, organized -- absolutely no nonsense. The clean up was so thorough that the lady and quot;next doorand quot; couldn't believe any work was done. The tenant came to me singing their praises.

I think this is a company with good workers, professional methods, and accommodating timelines. I'll call them again for work.
