Overall, it was fine. The salesman was very opinionated and encouraged us to purchase a particular item. We inquired about the same item but of a different color. He said that that color was not "on the floor". If we wanted to special order it, we would have to wait 4 - 6 months. Yikes. I started to feel that something was not quite right with that information. Later when I continued to look at the web site, I noted that the color we wanted to see was actually one of the three colors that this sofa is stocked in. I called the Orland Park store, spoke with a salesman there and he confirmed the three current options for color. I called the Lombard Store again, asked a salesman if there was the color somewhere on the floor that I could see in person. He indicated yes and where it could be found. This was a location separate of the other colors. I realize the our salesman may not have known that this color was on display in this same showroom but he did not indicate that the color he showed us was discontinued. He also insisted that the color I was interested in was not stock and would take 4-6 months to special order. It turns out that the color our first salesman was encouraging us to purchase is an old discontinued color. Overall, I really like Dania. However this particular salesman is not someone I will work with in the future.

THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION OF REASONABLY PRICED FURNITURE. THEY WERE ABLE TO DELIVER IT IN ABOUT A WEEK.
