I had had trouble finding someone who would replace my wall air conditioner, and am so glad I found Custom Appliance. They were everything I could have asked for - courteous, professional, responsive to my questions, scheduled an installation right away, and did a great job on the installation. They were able to get the (high end) air conditioner I wanted in stock the next day.

I had a pretty positive experience. The only problem was that I had asked ahead of time whether they could get me the cook-top I wanted, which had been discontinued. They said they could. But when I got the delivery, it was a different, and less expensive, model. They should have checked the product they got instead of making me figure it out. But when I brought it to their attention, they looked everywhere and finally found the model I wanted.
