Glenn and Chuck Cunningham are easy to work with and will do whatever is required. Ours was a major project. The costs were well within the range of our expectations. They are very busy and you must be clear when negotiating with them about when the
project will begin and end. They are flexible about who their subcontractors are. If you have someone you particularly would like to use, just ask. In retrospect, we would have changed one of the subs but loved the others.
You will be very satisfied with the job they do.

They performed a complete deck remodel. They are a three generation contracting family. They are really, really teriffic. They do a lot of additional home remodeling and are expecially very good at their bathrooms and kitchens. They do a really good job and are hard workers.
