"Thank you for the review. It is very hard to give an estimate when the customer does not exactly know what they want done and changes her mind. When I thought we finally agreed on the rooms and tasks, she unfortunately was managing my cleaners on-site. They were sent from room to room, taken off a task, and given a new one, then told to go back to finish something they started earlier. It is very hard to work like this and that is why the cleaning went on for more time than anticipated (however ONLY ONE HOUR more than quoted). It is best to let them work with directions from the work order and from our office. Otherwise the work is not as efficient as it should be."
