Chicagoland Exteriors recently replaced my roof, siding, gutters and a window. I was extremely impressed from start to finish! Everyone was professional, friendly, they answered my questions promptly and their explanations made sense. The process was smooth and the quality of their work can't be beat. They also did a great job with protecting my landscaping and with clean up. Javier was a great project manager for the siding. He made sure that I was happy with everything. I highly recommend Chicagoland Exteriors!!!

Our experience from the start to the end was exceptional. This was a full house siding replacement (old aluminum to vinyl). Jake responded quickly to my online inquiry and showed up promptly for the onsite meeting where he explained the product and work clearly. We had talked to two other firms and they were the only one that gave us a clear sense of transparency and trust and didn't come off as evasive when questioned. He demonstrated great product and installation knowledge and focused on finding the right solution for our house and budget. Once the material arrived and the job commenced, Javier was onsite to ensure the team was on the right track. The entire team was professional and efficient throughout the entire installation. Javier checked in regularly with the team and with me to ensure the job stayed on track. Both Jake and Javier explained the installation process and how their process makes a difference in avoiding warping problems that I’ve read about so often on this and other sites. Javier is one of those rare employees that truly makes a company better being on the team. The quality of the installation is superb and is especially evident in the corner and trim details. There were minor issues that the team addressed easily such as remounting the garage coach lights which due to their age required a bit of rework of the mounts by the team. The job they did was above and beyond what I expected and the result was far better than what I would have been able to do myself. You won't go wrong with Chicagoland Exteriors.

Chicagoland Exteriors was excellent to work with. They were on-time for every appointment. Their sales person worked closely with me and State Farm to prepare estimates and coordinated with submitting the claim paperwork. They were very helpful with providing samples of colors for roof and siding. We were able to have the samples for a few weeks to work thru the new color scheme. Their crew was great! The foreman was on site each day to oversee the project. He answered all of our questions and made sure the job site was very clean after each day. They arrived early and worked into the nights to complete. It was in the fall and daylight was limited. They walked thru at the end of each job and made any slight little adjustments needed. Chicagoland Exteriors was absolutely the best! They were amazing at navigating through the process of new siding, trim, fascia and gutters after a hail storm wrecked some havoc on our home. Their workmanship is awesome with attention to every detail and satisfied our needs with tweaks here and there as needed. They are responsive and as timely as possible and true to their words. Special shout out to Nate, Javier and the entire crew who worked tirelessly to ensure we were happy with the end results! My husband and I have not had the best of luck with contractors in the past but I would highly recommend Chicagoland Exteriors and any and all their referrals for other services needed including electric and entry door and garage door installations. Everything was great! They did the entire roof in one day and I was Impressed with the level of professionalism and price! It’s a brand new architectural shingle and I couldn’t be happier!

I was very impressed with Chicagoland Exteriors from start to finish. They did an amazing job with the removal of my old roof, installation of the new roof, and performed a thorough cleanup of the nails and roofing tile that missed the dumpster. The lead foreman was very helpful and friendly. He explained the entire process of the roof removal and installation. awesome BEST results of any company ever. They go the extra mile on every project. We were given a list of previous customers so we could see the different kinds and colors of roof shingles. It helped in our decision.

The whole process went well. Once all the paperwork and permit was done the workers arrive early and they completed the siding and gutters within 1 day in half. I have referred them to family as well.

It went extremely well. We signed the work order on Sept. 7, 2013 and paid a deposit of $5,000. They came out about 2 weeks later and did the job in one day. We paid the balance of $4,998 on Sept. 22, 2013. A big selling point for us was that they are located about a half mile from our house. We like to try and shop locally, especially for big ticket items like this. We recommend Chicagoland Exteriors to others and we will definitely consider using them in the future.

The roofer's project manager started by taking pictures and measurements inside and outside. He noted the locations of hail impacts and missing shingles, then advised me that the damage might be covered by homeowner's insurance. Together, we called the insurance company, and the roofer helped to streamline the claim process because he knew the wordings and procedures used by the insurance company. We set up an appointment for an insurance adjuster to inspect the damage.
On the inspection day, the project manager arrived shortly before the adjuster, and they both went around the house and onto the roof. The adjuster also took pictures and measurements, and accepted the claim for replacing the whole roof. We received a preliminary payment about a week later, and then the roofer ordered the materials and set the date for the repair.
The roofing company had a cancellation and was able to move the repair date sooner. They dropped off the materials very early on the date, and started working about 8:30 AM. The foreman showed me what they were doing several times during the day, and kept me updated on their progress. The house has a large roof, and for a while he wasn't sure that they could finish in one day, but they worked some extra hours and got it all done and cleaned up. There was no damage to the lawn or landscaping.
The provider also had an interior painter repair the wall and ceiling damage and paint the affected surfaces. This was also done in one day, about two weeks after the roof was finished. The painter was quick, thorough and affable, and the work was well done.
Several weeks after the interior was finished, we received the final payment from the insurance company and had a final meeting with the project manager. We settled up our part of the bill and made sure we each had copies of the estimates, payments and warranties. He took one of the insurance estimates to make a copy, and we are still waiting for its return - a minor blemish on a smooth and satisfactory major repair.

My insurance paid for it. They came out and I liked the contractor. I liked their choice in shingles and rafters. They had a good time frame. They were able to work with the insurance adjuster. It turned out okay and there are some minor things that need to be fixed. I just have not called them back yet. I would use them again.

The crew showed up on time and worked very hard all day. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The estimate was accurate; slightly below actually. I was told what to expect at every stage and was given an explanation of all the terminology they use. What I was told by the salesman and foreman was exactly what happened. They ensured I was satisfied with their work before they left.
