Description of Work: We needed a custom bath vanity and after some research were interested in StarMark brand cabinets. Found Builders Cabinet Supply from the StarMark website as one of their few dealers in our area. Stopped by the showroom during their one night with evening hours and checked some of the samples stains and door styles. Joe assisted us but was not overly responsive in our initial visit. He was the only one in the showroom and it felt like we were bothering whatever else he was working on. Nevertheless, he provided us a quote but unlike other places we had visited didn't offer to show us the spec book with all their different drawer/door configurations for the vanity. We were expecting a more interactive discussion where we were presented different options on vanity sizes and drawer configurations. We left with a quote and drawing based on our initial thoughts are what we were looking for. We tried another Starmark dealer in our area but came back to Builders Cabinets as their price was a little better. Continued working with Joe who was more responsive on the follow up discussions as we requested several modifications to the original quote. Placed an order for the Starmark cabinets through them and the cabinets were delivered per the promise date and with no issues. Builder Supply offers their own cabinet brand but we did not go with theirs so can not comment on quality. Overall, they delivered on what we needed but the customer service could have been better basedon the initial visit.

Description of Work: If you should try to purchase Starmark cabinets here, please go to atleast 3 Starmark dealers and make sure that you receive a detailed copy of items in the order and also list price.

Description of Work: Builders cabinet helped me choose Kitchen cabinets based on my needs and delivered them at my door. They did not install it. It went fine.
