"We did have a scheduling conflict that day but I did make sure to get out to your house asap that day. I didn't cancel the bid or just not show up. I also did send your bid out to you but have had no response back and we thought you were still looking at other bids you had coming in. I wish you would have tried to contact me to let me know you didn't receive your bid, I would have sent it right back out to you."

"The members came up with a great design for there tile and in the end it all turned out great. We did have some trouble with the tile shop but they gave us a generous discount when they realized their mistake. The members were a great family to work with."

"The customer was able to find a great price on some flooring, and we were lucky enough to get the call to come install it. Room turned out great."

"We tried our hardest to work with the customer on her project. After we had painted her project with 3 coats of paint, she claimed that we only put on one coat. So we came in and repainted her entire project with no cost to her. She was not happy with how the paint she had chose was covering but with 4 coats plus we could not make her happy. The only reason the time line could have been an issue is because they were on vacation when we completed the project, and when they wanted us to come touch up the paint we were not available until the following week. The customer was very happy with the 400 sq ft of tile floor and was a pleasure to work with. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience she may have had, but we tried our best to work with her on her projects and I hope all is well."

"I came to do the bid on the project after crawling around in an attic all day and had an bad allergic reaction as I was on my way to the customer's Bid. I even mentioned that at the time of the bid. But instead of rescheduling (which in hine sight I should have done) I kept the bid on schedule and even came 10 min early. I do apologize for the quick bid but I was not feeling too well."

"We took the existing fiberglass tub out because it was not installed properly and cracked. We also found some water damage studs that we were able to replace. I was able to show paul the cause of the existing tub cracking and how we can prevent that with installing the tub in a mortar bed. The whole job came out great. The Wissmillers were a great family to work with."

"This is one of my favorite jobs this year. The homeowners were great to work with and had a great eye for designing there kitchen remodel. We removed walls to open up the kitchen/dining room area, we changed the location of the back door to enlarge the kitchen. We replace almost all the flooring on the first floor with a very nice hardwood/laminate floor, and replaced all the base. Its was like a whole first floor remodel. It was a large project to undertake. I agree with him that scheduling with the permit department and other trades working on the house was difficult, but we got through it, and when we able to set a schedule to finish the project we we did finish that day. We did our best keeping the project area picked up and organized, but in the end we are tearing out a section of your house and putting it back together. In the end the customers were great to work for and I'm very happy with the out come."
