The service was outstanding!! The process was easy, my mortgage banker (Mike Ward) was very accessible and easy to work with. Mike did a great job of walking me through my options, helping me understand the implications of each program, and most importantly made sure I understood all of the financials at both the beginning and end of the process. I would highly recommend Mike and BBMC Mortgage.

My banker (Pablo Cortes) and his team were fantastic...he was patient, knowledgeable, down to earth, and most of all, provided outstanding customer service! I never had to chase him down, he always initiated contact and made me feel like I was his most important customer!
