I cannot praise Bonnie Vasilion enough for all of her efforts in securing a super jumbo loan for me amidst the worst credit crisis in recent history. After wasting almost 2 weeks with other mortgage brokers after going to contract, I contacted Bonnie off of a referral on Angie's List. I knew from the start that if anyone would be able to secure a loan for me, Bonnie would be it. True to form, she immediately sized up my situation and told me what my options were given my particular situation. She never overpromised and we were able to submit an application to the lender within only a few days. Bonnie was in constant contact with me via email and always returned my phone calls promptly. Fortunately for me, she was even responsive on the weekends. I always felt as if my loan was the only one she was working on. And anyone who has undergone the stress of securing financing knows how important that feeling is! Do yourself a favor and contact her if you need financing. You will not be disappointed.

This report is specifically about Bonnie Vasilion. She is a Mortgage Goddess. We recently closed on our new home, but it was a two year search. Ms. Vasilion was consistently available, helpful, and encouraging as we repeatedly asked her to figure out various financial options for different homes. She was prompt in returning phone calls and e-mails and always had the information we needed along with other options we had not considered. She clearly knows her business very well. In addition, she is so cheerful and optimistic. She loves her job, and she fully understands that buying a home is an emotional issue. She stayed with us through some difficult times with sellers, being both realistic and encouraging. I valued her advice immensely. I never thought sitting and trying to figure out mortgage transactions could be understandable and even fun, but it was with Ms. Vasilion. I recommend her highly.
