Wow, what a big mistake I made! I was totally ripped off. I bought a voucher that included 3 hours of handyman services. I bought it 2 years ago based on the fact that it CLEARLY states on the voucher "NO EXPIRATION". I am renting and wanted a bedroom painted back to the original color. I wasn't sure when I was going to move out, but I wasn't worried because the voucher stated "NO EXPIRATION DATE." That turned out to be a lie. I finally got a hold of the owner after many attempts at calling their company. I explained that their voucher said that it did not expire and they needed to honor what they had advertised. Bottom line, she did not want to honor it because it was 2 years old and that if she did, she would lose money. I said that was not my problem, but hers. And if she cared about the reputation of her company, she would honor the voucher that I had bought. She refused! So now I am letting my fellow Angie's List member know not to hire them! The stole my money, and I feel cheated.

They were punctual, but otherwise it was a nightmare. They sent four people to paint a few walls in my small town house. I couldn’t keep up with them and felt uncomfortable having them in my house. I found them through Living Social so my money was refunded. I wil have to have the walls repainted since they did only an OK job.
