Sure Fix Heating and Cooling

Tim Simon is the owner and operator of Sure Fix Heating and Cooling. I first met Tim about five years ago when I bought my house in Naperville and needed an inspection of the HVAC. During the original inspection, Tim noticed that the water heater was not professionally installed and did not meet code. He took the time to bring it up to code and did not charge me a dime. I knew right then that I would keep him in mind for future needs. I've had Tim come out to the house a few times since for regular maintenance. I recently decided that the 25 year old furnace and AC needed to be replaced, along with the humidifier and water heater. Tim is the only person I needed to see. Tim came out to the house and walked through the different options and installed on a Saturday at my request. Tim is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time and finished on schedule. He cleaned up his workspace and took all the old equipment with him when he left. I will continue to use Tim as long as he continues to work. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the western suburbs. He is based out of Lockport. The work he did for me was in Naperville.
