Quality Environmental Testing

It went GREAT! I am a Realtor so I have worked with these inspectors before. I was leaving to go out of town the next day, so I needed someone QUICK. Tari was VERY accomadating. She was there a couple of hours later to place the testing box in the basement. Then she picked it up 48 hours later and provided the report. We ran into an issue as when she came back to pick up the testing equiptment a damaged basement window was in the middle of replacement. This messed up the test. Then the house sale deal started to fall apart. Tari only charged us $25 which she said could be credited to a repeat of the test should we get the house sale deal back together again. From now on I will ONLY use Tari for Radon Testing. I am very impressed with both her responsiveness to my urgency, and her great sense of fairness on the problem encountered!

Inspector arrived early. Set up testing equipment and explained how it works. Returned 48 hours and 4 mins later to retrieve the equipment. Emailed the results later that day. Fast efficient friendly service.

Tari was available immediately to get the test completed to verify that the radon remediation work we had done was successful and reliable. We were in a bit of a time crunch to get this done before the closing on the sale of the home. Tari is very professional, and explained why it is important to have two separate companies do the remediation and testing (to avoid conflict of interest).
