Bellair Remodeling and Painting

Mike and his son was punctual, kept the workspace clean and was very professional. His quote was a little lower than the total paid, but that was because of our changes and additions to the project. He gave a time frame of two weeks and the job was completed in that time. He told us when the job would begin and he was true to his word with this also. I would highly recommend Mike Bellair. He will also be doing some painting for us also.

Prior to hiring Bellair Remodeling, we interviewed several contractors.  We appreciated Mike's demeanor and the way he listened to our project ideas.  Mike was prompt with his estimate, and he followed up with us to see where we were in the process.  His estimate for the project came in right on budget. 
Throughout the project Mike and his son Eric were on time, kept us informed of where they were, and overall did a great job.  We ran into a problem with the cabinet we ordered being slightly larger than the space allowed (our fault, not Mike's).  Mike came up with several options for correcting the problem and did a fantastic job with the fix.  During the project, we decided to add a stone accent wall in the bathroom.  They did a fabulous job, and the wall is beautiful!  In fact, it is our favorite part of the bathroom.       
Mike and Eric were very professional, friendly, patient, efficient and knowledgeable every step of the way.  They paid attention to detail, and their craftsmanship was top notch.  Their work space was organized, and they ensured that the construction area was clean at the end of each day.  We will definitely use Bellair Remodeling with any future projects.

Mike & Eric came in and did just what they said they were going to do.  They were careful and courteous and considerate of our time and our home.  We moved most of our furniture out of our master bedroom allowing them to stage their tools and much of the materials.  They protected the carpeting, and walls and covered remaining furniture as needed.
Where appropriate, we purchased additional materials as did Bellair and modified/adjusted the plan and labor as agreed.  Mike was thorough with explaining recommendations and adjustments and documenting work and any additional charges.

Both Mike and Eric's attention to detail and flexibility along with suggestions to improve the finished product were outstanding!  I had considered doing this work myself and had commented several times during the process how thankful I was that we had Bellair do the work instead!  Very versatile and impressive!

My wife is thrilled with the new bathroom and everything looks and works great!

We will definitely use Bellair Remodeling for future projects and highly recommend them, rating them ALL A's for EXCELLENT!

The job they did was excellent.  I don’t remember how much I spent on their services.  I will absolutely use their services again in the future.
