We have used Kwik Quality plumbing for all of our plumbing needs over the last few years.  They always provide professional, affordable, and honest service.  The last time they came on a Sunday and did not charge us the normal Sunday prices. Their service men are very knowledge and honest.

They were sent out by American Home Shield to repair a shower leak in the master bath.  They did this without any problem. The pan gasket just needed resitting and caulking. This was done by Anson.
I asked if they would like to finish the remodel of our master bath by installing the new tub.  I also needed some drywall repair in the kitchen below the tub due to a leak.  A different man (Kirk) and a helper came to do an estimate and the work.
We agreed on an estimate for both projects.  I gave them a $1000 down payment and they started immediately.  4 days later and and 3 new estimates it is clear by the little work that they have done and the hole they cut  in my master bathroom floor to the floor below that they do not know how to professionally do the work needed.
Part of the drywall in the kitchen is a puckered and uneven and has at least 25 roofing nails in addition to the drywall screws on one 2 foot edge and will have to be removed and redone.
To their credit they have been here every day all day and are trying but the needed  level of skill is beyond what they are able to provide.   We have asked them not to return before further damage is done to our home.
They are very nice men but for anything beyond a simple handy man repair I would not recommend them.
Other concerns we wanted to pull village permits and they really did not want too.
They did not want to work with contractors from other companies ie..electricians.
Not sure if they are licensed and bonded I did not check because they were sent by the warranty company but now I really think I should have done my due diligence.

It went great! One a scale of one to ten, it was a 9.5. They have a very good service. It wasn't cheap, but he was the cheapest of the three estimates. He went in there and did the first part of the job one Saturday and finished the next Saturday.

I have a home warranty through American Home Shield and this company was assigned to the job when I reported the claim that water was on the floor in the basement and we were without hot water.  I was told by my warranty company that they would be contacting me within 24 hours.  I took it upon myself to call them right away to set up an appointment.  I spoke with John who was very prompt in setting me up with a 9am appointment the next day.
John showed up a little early (which is way better than being late or not showing at all) and had a new hot water heater with him and ready to go.  I was happy that he assumed it would have to be replaced without looking at it and diagnosing the problem first.  My warranty company will repair it if possible before paying to replace it.  Being that my old tank was 14 years old, replacement was great news after he did confirm it could not be repaired.  Since the new heater was slightly taller than my old one he also had to replace a couple fittings and shorten the venting.
My only complaint is that his pricing was high.  Let me explain.  My warranty company will pay for all costs except modifications and my $75 deductible.  John was aware of this and let me know that I would have to pay an additional $110 to put on the fittings, make a couple cuts to the vent pipe, and put on an elbow with screws.  I come from a family of plumbers and they told me this was ridiculous for about an hour of total work.  He wound up taking $15 off which brought the upcharges to $95.  It was still worth it to use them instead of my family because I wound up paying $170 out the door (no pun intended but haul away and disposal was included).
Overall I am happy with the job he did and my experience with this company.

This company knew what we wanted them to do, they knew their price but didn't quote over the phone where we would have said no thanks and kept looking.  They were on time but unprepaired.  Again, their price was outragous, but I didn't want to take any more time off or try to call any other plumbers, so I paid him.  But will never use them again.

Instead of replacing worn materials, they tightened everything down. This stopped the problem but did not correct the issue. I wrote a check for $100 to cover the service fee. This company then cashed the check for $200. I would not recommend them.
