They were prompt had nice equipment. When I asked the service tech how much it would be because they charge a flat rate he said he didn't know yet. My freon level read 6 when he first hooked up the monitor to check the levels it dropped to 4.9 I asked don't I need some freon he said nah. He replaced the filter and capacitor. He explained things thoroughly. I then got my bill for 245.00. I thought it sounded high. I called the business and they said the owner would call me back. He never called me back . I just wish they could have told me the cost and that it would be that expensive before they did the work. I asked how much it would be prior to them doing the work.
