He arrived on time was very professional and polite. Did the job no fuss no bother in a very workmanlike manner. Perfect from my point of view

When I called they were a little backlogged. This was a Wednesday. Then they called because they had someone working on Saturday and wanted to know if the guy could come out. I said yes. By the time he got here it was raining so we decided to just reschedule.When Cindy called to reschedule I wanted to wait because the weather was supposed to be rainy. The following week I was called and Jeff came out. He wasted no time and knew what he was doing. He fond where the wires were shorted and fixed it. He was done inside of 25 minutes. It didn't take long before the house started cooling down. I expected to have to pay a lot more than I did. I was utterly surprised. We have not had any problems since then. If any other problems should arise I will be calling for Jeff from All American Heating and Cooling.

Jeff evaluated the problem in less than 5-10 minutes. He took down part numbers then went back to the office. Cindy called right back with the price of part and labor. I was asked if I wanted them to drive to Springfield that day or if I could wait until the next day. I waited until the following day. Jeff came back with the part and took about 10-15 minutes to replace it. The furnaced kicked on on its own, The cost of the work and part was as I was quoted--$355,00. I was very impressed with this company. And I would definetely call them again.
