They responded promptly and showed up according to schedule. Inspection showed that no repair was needed and refused to invoice me for the visit.

Company came out and looked at the roof. Repaired what needed to be repaired. And told me that I had a few more years left with the roof. He didn't try to sell me a new roof.

The guys came out exactly when requested. They talked me through what was going on with my roof, and went up to assess damage for both hail and also a possible egress point for mice in the attic. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They did find damage from hail but not enough to file a claim on and advised me to wait. They also found a potential egress point for the mice and fixed it right on the spot! Very happy with the service they provided and will definitely call on them again as the need arises! I highly recommend them!

The replied to our request for a quote and came out promptly. Was told give him a couple days and he would email quote. Waited nearly 2 weeks, no quote so emailed asking for quote, no reply. Then called and left message and emailed again a few days later. no reply. Called again the next week and spoke to someone who said that the guy would call me back. I then got an email saying that they were going to pass on our job as just too busy. I replied with we are in no rush to have the work done, please send the quote and we can schedule whenever is convenient for them. No reply........

It went fine.
