 + -1 moreBoth experiences were great! He originally did some work for my mother and she said he was great, so I called him when I had problems. He was punctual, explained everything that needed to be done before starting the job and explained along the way if something unforeseen came up. He also cleans up after himself. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: On first occasion (7-17-07) Terry pulled the pump in the basement and removed debris. This cost about $150.00 on the second occasion. The second occasion (12-15-07) was repair the sink line, repipe pumpline. Rod sink line which was $400.00.
