We had a lot of questions and made it through all of the credit checks and documentation issues without too much suffering. They worked with us to get us the absolutely lowest rate we could find, and we are quite pleased.

 + -1 moreI WORK WITH MARY DIRECTLY, AND SHE IS VERY PERSONABLE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE HAS ASSISTED US GREATLY AS THERE IS MUCH WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND ABOUT FINANCING. BASED ON FURTHER RESEARCH, SHE ASSISTED US IN GETTING A GREAT RATE, AND THEN NOTIFIED US WHEN SHE FOUND A BETTER RATE AND ADVISED US THAT IT WOULD BE TO OUR ADVANTAGE TO REFINANCE. VERY HONEST COMPANY.
Description of Work: THEY ARRANGED FOR OUR MORTGAGE ON OUR CURRENT HOME AS WELL AS RE-FINANCING IT WHEN RATES IMPROVED.
