Higher quality materials do cost more money. Options are always discussed before work is agreed to be done, and paperwork is written up ahead of time. Sometimes other employees answer the phone, and new employess with a good resume come and go. Mike runs the business and does a portion of the work out in the field as well.

They install good products, but are over priced. I had 3 good experiences with Mike, but this last one was enough to make me find a new plumber. After the installation of the water heater, I texted Mike to provide some feedback about how the process went. He was completely unopen to any feedback. He called me and berated me on the phone about how basically his team is perfect and everything they do is perfect. I was specifically contacting him about how communication could have been improved in regards to his team, and he responded with unprofessionalism, and frankly, poor communication. They do good work, but I won't be using them again. There are a billion plumbers out there and I don't to work with one who can't have a civil conversation about customer service.

Yes, I recommend this pro
He did an OK job, but I thought it was a bit overpriced.  Water heater was not working and needed a new one, so I didn't want to take the time to price shop.  Just wanted it done.
