Job went very well. Rick was right on time. He gave us a choice of different cleaning scents, shampooed the carpet within 15 to 20 minutes and gave us directions as to when to vacuum and when to put the furniture back. Our two hallways look great!

Great! He was so easy to work with through messages on this site. Set up a date and time that worked so well for me. Work was done fast and thoroughly and I was able to have the condo ready for viewing within hours.

Very pleasant experience from start to finish including the fact we changed the original scope of work several times before the service date. we were treated with patience and understanding in spite of our making several changes before the scheduled appointment.

The best experience ever! Rick promptly arrived on time and immediately began to clean the carpets. He explained in detail the process and what was best for the type of carpet we had. He was professional and courteous. We would highly recommend him. Great value!

Have been waiting to get this carpet cleaned for a few months and thought that this Angie's
deal looked like a good opportunity to get the work done. Was not disappointed.

Wow. The carpet in our house was disgusting -- for years we've had three cats and three kids in the home -- and we weren't sure if anyone could really clean it.
But Rick came to the rescue.
He's been in the business for many years and he's a real pro. Rick set up an appointment quickly and got to our house at the scheduled time. He understood the challenges -- the carpet in one of the bedrooms was full of stains -- but he went all out to clean the mess the best he could.

JR offerred to do other carpet cleaning to justify the $100 charge. He cleaned the edges of the wall to wall carpeting in all rooms of my apartmen t. which the previous company had left dirty. He also diagnosed the cause of the brown stains as coming from a leaky refrigerator and why cleaning would not jhelp. The padding underneath got wet creating the stains frtom below. He was professional and helpful. I didn't know who muddied my carpet. JR had the answer.

Rick started in the basement with first the sectional which wasn't in bad shape but i wanted preventive maintenance cleaning done because it is located in the basement where all the entertaining was done. since the body of my sectional was leather he only had to clean the back pillows and just the top side of cushions and sides since the bottoms are velcrosed to the body. i was very pleased with the cleaning of this piece/// The chair located in the same area was old and needed a little more work because folk nap there and oft-times sweat, considering the age, He did a great job on it. It looked cleaner and smelled fresher.///My mattress was badly soiled/stained and he did an awesome job on it. Rick only had to clean top side and sides. Rick explained that I would have to vacuum the pieces to remove the residue. I sort of felt the price could have lower since because only one side of a couple pieces were cleaned but overall I am pleased and yes I would refer him and call him again in necessary.
