Very professional and polite. Our hot and cold handles are repaired and much improved. After they finished, we had a few questions about another plumbing matter that were not related to the current repair. Even though they needed to leave to go to their next job, they took the time to answer the questions which we very much appreciated.

Our water heater spring a leak on Sunday morning. I called Dhamer Plumbing right when they opened Monday morning. They were able to have a service crew over in about 2 hours and have the water heater replaced in a little over an hour. I have no issues with their service and things couldn't have gone smoother.

3 weeks after moving in, an overnight sewage backup formed in the basement. At the same time, the kitchen sink would barely drain and was backing up into the other sink. Plumbing nightmare. I called Jim Dhamer Plumbing and they sent 4 guys out same day. They quickly diagnosed the issue and extensively rodded both drains. They also located an old school small sewer under the driveway with a pump system, which they cleaned out as well. Shortly everything was working perfectly - good as new. Outstanding service and I appreciated the team taking the time to explain what was happening, why, and how to prevent this type of issue in old homes. Rust had accumulated in the pipes while not in use during a remodel, paper etc. got caught on the rust, and the prior owner apparently flushed wet wipes (which are technically "flushable" but a big no no in older homes). Chaos followed. very grateful for the incredible service, quick resolution, and fair price. Jim Dhamer Plumbing is my new "go to" and I would not hesitate to hire again.

Alex & Matty came out and gave a thorough diagnosis of the problem at a fair price. Still taking bids on who will do the work for the dig up but their reconnaissance of the issue was extremely helpful.

Went very well. The work was very professionally done and with high quality. It was done within the estimate of time and cost which was previously given. The only small issue I have is price. I think the labor rate to be a bit high. However, I would recommend this company to anyone I know.

It went very well. They were quick to respond to my need, were very professional and did a great job. There were tree roots and other items preventing our drain from exiting into the sewer. They used a snake and cutter tools to remove the blockages. The only small issue I have is price. If think the labor rate to be a bit high. However, the work was of high quality and professionally done. I'd recommend to use again.

We needed an expert opinion on if it even could be fixed so we called our favorite people. They couldn't be sure without looking at it and in about an hour they came, they looked, they went to get a part and they fixed it. Super service and great price. We can't thank them enough .

They arrived when they said they would. They told me that there were 2 options, one more extensive than the other. They hoped they could do the least extensive one, which they were able to do. They showed me the pipe that was leaking, they replaced it (had to go into the wall under the sink) and also the plumbing under the sink that was wrong, fixed that too,and cleaned up. No more leak. I highly recommend Jim Dhamer plumbing!

Outstanding. Tom and Anthony came on time and were in and out in an hour. Reinforced PVC floor collar and installed new toilet and took away old one. This is my 'go to' plumbers from now on. very thorough and pleasant as well as informative. Fair price especially considering a previous quote.
