We used this company over 20 years ago to replace windows in a previous house. When we needed a new front door package for the current house we chose them again. Products are outstanding quality, fairly priced given the quality and all processes are completed from order to install with upfront honest communication. The installers are wonderful, knowledgeable and very courteous.

Prompt reply to scheduling in-home estimate quote. I recently moved into a townhome - they were able to get my paperwork done quickly to submit to HOA review for approval (unlike other companies who refuse to work w/ townhome owners). The staff members are personable, experienced, & professional, and explained their services & products clearly & in detail, with suggestions for different options. They worked w/me on obtaining doors with blind inserts, which is a custom item I specifically requested. I had also asked for an estimate to have 6 windows’ broken vapor seals fixed. They told me that I don’t need new windows (“Illinois Energy” only does new window installation), but simply need a glass service/repair company to replace individual glass packs. They didn’t have to do this, but they gave me the contact info of local service companies (not affiliated) for help. Very helpful, thorough, & attentive to detail.

These guys were amazing! Got 14 windows done in two days, cleaned up very well after themselves, and the job was done so neatly there’s barely any touch ups for me to do. Very impressed, worth the price!!

They were the best! We got quotes from several other window services, and we knew upfront, we only had one or two windows that needed to be definitely replaced, and Illinois energy window replacement gave us a fair and honest appraisal., Other companies either try to sell us "whole house packages" or one company wouldn't even come out and look because I told them upfront we could not afford more than 1 - 2 windows. From day one Illinois energy was fair, honest, and completed all the work in the timeframe they promised. From the salesperson (thanks Derek) to the installers everyone was extremely professional and kind!. When I need the rest of my windows to replace I will call them, and I recommend this service to anyone who is looking!

I am a firm believer in the adage that you get what you pay for. Illinois Energy has been my go-to for replacement windows and doors for many years now. I have even had them at my mother-in-law's house to replace windows at her home. The are definitely not the cheapest, and many people might find that a huge turn off. However, these are PHENOMENAL products and the lifetime guarantee, fantastic customer service, and attention to the CUSTOMER, to me, is well worth it. I will ALWAYS pay a little bit more for peace of mind and a superior product. EVERY. TIME.

We had our front and screen door installed 4 years ago and we are having some minor issues with the screen door. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that we are still under warranty. Our contact at the company Renee was extremely helpful and efficient and getting our service scheduled and our technician Tim was very professional and courteous upon his arrival and took care of all of the issues and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

Illinois Energy replaced all my windows, doors, and siding, completing the job in four days. Very professional work, with a big improvement to the look, sound insulation, and energy efficiency. All installers are employees of Illinois Energy. They removed and disposed of the old windows and doors, also wrapped the old wood siding with Tyvek before installing the new insulted siding. I highly recommend Illinois Energy to do an in-home assessment and estimate.

Illinois Energy installed a new front door on our home. We found their service to be easy and professional. I especially appreciated their patience while my wife and I were deciding the details of our new door. We went in without much of an idea thus changed our minds a couple times. The install date came ahead of schedule and was completed faster than anticipated. My only "complaint" would be that their catalog of options was not completely updated with the current selection and a bit hard to understand. Additionally, their show room didn't help much with our decision. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this company!

We are extremely happy with our front door that we purchased from Illinois Energy. From the very start of this we were satisfied. The salesman, Tristan, was very nice and informative and not pushy at all. He walked us through all the options and answered all of our questions. The follow up calls from the company were really nice. The installer Mike was very good and really took his time to make sure it was perfect. We had a lot of rotten wood that needed to be replaced and he took the time to do it right, even though it started to rain outside. He spent the time with us to show us how everything worked and cleaned up all the mess perfectly. You could not even tell he was there. All in all we are extremely pleased with the door and boy does it make a huge difference to our house. I would definitely recommend them.

I recently had a 9 window installation done and everything from the original sales meeting through the install went very smooth. I was very happy with the installers they did a great job on the install and the windows came out very nice. They cleaned up all of the work spaces on the inside and outside. They had anticipated the install would take 2 days but the guys were able to get everything wrapped up in one day. I am very happy with my experience with Illinois energy windows and siding inc., and will be calling them back when I do my next set of windows. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get windows done, prices were good when you factor in the warranty that you get, you cant beat it.

Sale and installation were easy. Installation took 1 day, and the installers left our house and yard clean. Everyone I've spoken to has been helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be that it's not terribly easy to get in touch with specific people unless you have their direct extension, but they are communicative once you know how to get in touch. We plan to hire them again for a few other projects.

The entire process, from in house estimate to signing final paperwork, was quick and easy. No scheduling or installation issues, guys left the house and outside clean and made sure that we are satisfied with their work.

We are extremely pleased with the entire process of window replacement with Illinois Energy and Siding. The salesmen were professional and extremely thorough in talking about our options with the windows. The installers were very careful thorough and careful, covering the landscaping, protecting the furniture and thoroughly cleaning up after the project was completed. Customer Service did follow-up phone calls to ensure we were satisfied with the results and answer any questions. The windows are beautiful and we have noticed a noise decrease from the outside. The installation was done in a timely manner. We highly recomment this quality, professional company.

This review is for Illinois Energy Windows and Siding, Inc. I recently had them install 3 windows and a storm door. I was very pleased with the products and excellent customer service. They responded quickly to any questions/concerns I had during the process. The installation went smoothly and the installers arrived on time, explained everything to me and cleaned up thoroughly. I am the type of person to ask many questions and they were very patient and took the time needed for me to completely understand and be satisfied. I plan to use them again in the future to replace a patio door and additional windows. I also like the lifetime warranty they offer with their products and service.

I needed replacement windows for my home. I learned of the Company via Home Advisor. Illinois Energy was first to respond, and visit. Mr. Schropshire was kind, sensitive, and not high-pressure. He presented facts about his company and its warranties, and other companies and their warranties. Illinois Energy has a BBB A+ rating, and has been in business 26 years. Illinois Energy's Lifetime warranties cover everything, extrusions, glass, screens, caulking, installation, and more. These warranties are transferable as long as the house remains standing. The company sells one type of double-hung window. Mr. Schropshire demonstrated it, and we were impressed. The price was higher than the lowest priced windows elsewhere, and lower than the highest priced windows elsewhere. We decided to contract with Illinois Energy Windows and Siding. We had to pay only $100.00 deposit, balance upon completion of the work. The windows were ready for installation in 3 weeks instead of the 6 weeks it sometimes takes. A 3-man crew showed up on the appointed day and did an excellent job. They worked fast, and were friendly, careful, and persistent. They showed respect for us, and our house. They answered all of my questions. They cleaned up thoroughly, including vacuuming. That first night we noticed an appreciable difference in our home. Illinois Energy Windows and Siding offers an excellent product, an excellent warranty, and a great installation force. Well worth the price.
