 + -1 moreHe was fast, responsive, and very cost effective. I have worked with a half dozen Heating and A/C companies and Erick's was BY FAR, the BEST that I have service that I have ever received. We need more companies like this. Please use them. He had to come to my house when I wasn't there. My wife hates to deal with services folks. She was very impressed with Erick.
Description of Work: Erick answered my call on a Sunday and helped me get my heat back on without a service call on Sunday. (Although, he said that he would not charge me extra for a visit.) He came to the house to determine the problem. He limited down to two possibilities. He tried the cheaper of the two options first (a pressure switch) - rather than doing the more expensive option... or both.
